Planetarium Experience! - I couldn’t resist the opportunity of visiting St Martin’s to experience the planetarium. I’m so pleased I did. The thought of crawling into a giant inflatable bubble wasn’t appealing, but once inside, it was worth it. I think this is an excellent way of teaching the children about planets and stars. I’m sure it’s an experience the children will never forget it. Thanks to Mrs Kneller for organising this.

School Visit - This is just a note to thank the School Council for giving me a tour of St Martins School. Having been a pupil at the school many years ago, it was fabulous to have a guided tour of the whole school to see how the school has changed and to see what wonderful facilities the school offers our children today. I’m impressed to see the variety of equipment available, such as computers and the new drums. The colourful art work and pottery displays created by the children give the school a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It was especially great to see how proud the children are of their school, particularly the newly refurbished toilets! Thank you.

Well Done Butterwick on your Sports Day - even though it was really cold... I hope St Martin's Sports Day is just as good. I was with Miss Hare looking after the Nursery children.
